He is the Lead Pastor of The LifeWord Church, Ibadan, Nigeria, where he is committed to building believers, equipping young ministers, and helping people discover and fulfil their God-given assignments. Through his ministry, he teaches the Word of God with a burden to see lives transformed, spiritual destinies awakened, and believers equipped to represent Christ effectively in their generation.

Cylars is passionate about the development of young people and the emergence of a generation of kingdom-minded leaders who are spiritually grounded, purpose-driven, and prepared to make a lasting impact in their world.
